Phoenix Fire Pit
The design for the Phoenix fire pit came to me in a dream and much of it was built in trance. It’s based on the functionality of a heart, where we get the word hearth. The heart is the place where earth, air, fire, water and prana are transformed to give us life. This fire pit was a pale attempt to reconstruct a masterpiece of an ancient adept who lived thousands of years ago in the Indus valley. It’s grander ancestor was intended to be operated during, and to simultaneously employ, an electrical storm. The device brought together the five elements in use as a conveyance of spirit from earth to the heavens. The intense fire would hold open the eye of a cyclonic storm with lightning bolts along it’s electrified walls connecting the Earth with the heavens- an ancient star gate.
